Exchanges and Returns – Dimma Store
At Dimma, we want to ensure our customers' satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer the possibility of exchange or return in accordance with the conditions below.
Period for Exchanges and Returns
The customer can request an exchange or return of a product up to 14 days after receiving the order, according to the applicable online commerce legislation.
Conditions for Acceptance
For the exchange or return to be accepted, the product must:
  • Be in perfect condition, with no signs of use.
  • Be returned in its original packaging, with labels and accessories included.
  • Be accompanied by the proof of purchase.
Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product, you should contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery, sending photos of the product and packaging. In these cases, Dimma will be responsible for resolving the issue.
Exchange or Return Process
  1. Contact our customer support via email or the form available on the website.
  2. Provide the order number and the reason for the exchange or return.
  3. Upon confirmation, instructions for shipping the product will be provided.
Shipping Costs
  • Exchanges or returns due to customer preference: shipping costs are borne by the customer.
  • Defective products or shipping error: costs will be covered by Dimma.

Refund

After we receive and verify the returned product, the refund will be processed via the same payment method, within a maximum of 5 to 10 business days.
